Dialed back



Coming up on 10 years in the Multi -  sport arena, reflections. Or at least one reflection:

 Interesting how solid ground work in the early days, leads to comfortable work outs down stream.

Having enjoyed  the swim, bike, run regiment , awesome. If you interchange, one or two or all three for one now based on schedule, the result is interesting.  The one constant is that, you can't stop. If you do, the resounding effects will magnify, joints, tendons, bands, and psychy.... all will begin to digress. Not a fun experience.

Avoid the digression, you, a Triathlete,  have worked way too hard to go back to the sedentiary ways of the occasional work out or worse, the couch potatoe.....

Take away:

Even though you may not have a race on your radar, keep training as if you did, you never know when you are surfing and click the "register" button...... Be safe Brothermen and Brotherwomen
