Got z 100 twists in today and yesterday, goal is to incorporate 100 squats and 100 push ups into the daily routine. Will see how it goes, and what mañana brings. Be safe.

Feeling Good
Big week at work, customary early eve out, prepping for huge day @ MD v Ohio State. Woke refreshed, early, got a run in...., unbelievable, last run was 1/5 , Gloucester VA, farm lane, 4 something miles, relaxed felt great. Today, same, actually HR was 5 below normal, and pace was 25 seconds better than 1/5...., not sure how that happens.... but it sure did. Psyching self up for races in 2019, which ones? that is a uhmmmmm, however will be some fun ones. See you out on the course.

Remnants of the small storm lingered, business out weighed slipping and sliding on a run, biking was out, and z pool, well we all know how easy that is talk one's self out of. However knocked out my 22 push ups, 10 , 6 , 6 for the 22 Vets who claim their lives every day via suicide. Get yours done. Be safe.
