Helpful hint, maybe, maybe not, in times of "not knowing" it is a common natural reflex to have increased stress, anxiety, and angst. The component that is missing for most folks is control..., everyone likes to "control" their daily lives, destiny, future , etc.
Good, bad or ugly the direction, control is primary to keeping a solid psychological balance regardless if you are even keel, a nut case or on the verge of becoming Sybil or Jack.
Enough with the eval, spent today doing something simple that was ignored for ever, or probably never even attempted, let alone recognized, being a bachelor with way too many extracurriclar activities, getting organized just hasn't happened.
Today looked around and organized, cleaned up a little , organized shoes, boots, hunting gear, clothes, sails, chutes, fishing rods, lures , etc. just organized. Being able to "control" my activity provided solace, restored confidence, and got my mind off the god awful economic and medical bull shit going on.
So my 2 cents, not worth 2 cents, but none the less, tonight, tomorrow, whenever, just look around, start a project to make your life a little more organized, or enjoyable, you may find that is exactly what you needed to get through this shit.
